Say that three times fast. Peel potatoes and boil to desired tenderness (I
like them not too mushy), drain, and set aside. Cut up the tomatoes and
put them into a large bowl. Add the warm potatoes, olive oil, salt and
oregano. Stir it up. Sprinkle some feta and chives on top. (Usually I
use red onion but I ran out so I put chives today). Love it!
