Coleslaw

I love coleslaw!  This is very easy to make and tastes so good.  Measurements will depend upon how much cabbage you are using and your personal taste buds.  :)

You will need:

Shredded Raw Cabbage
White Vinegar

Grated Carrot
Olive Oil
Sugar
Salt
Pepper
Mayonnaise (preferably Hellmann's)

Place the shredded cabbage in a large bowl and fill with water.  Add some vinegar and then let the cabbage soak for about 30 minutes.  Strain the cabbage and let it sit in a colander to get as much water out as you can without the cabbage drying up.  Now the fun part, add the grated carrot, and drizzle a little olive oil.  Then add the sugar, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise to your taste.  I would add a little at a time, mix well, and taste test as you go until you get the coleslaw to where you want it. That's it! Enjoy!  :D

Coleslaw is great in a ham sandwich!
