Pork Loin Crock Pot Roast

Pork Loin Crock Pot Roast
Do you remember the Crock Pot Pulled Pork recipe I posted earlier from Low Carb Crock.Com? This recipe is a 'Christine It' version which has now become a family favourite so we now have TWO fabulous new recipes!  Win/Win!

1 Chicken cube dissolved into 1 cup of boiled water
2 lb boneless pork loin
1 1/2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp Montreal Chicken Spice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chili powder
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
1 bottle of Diana Sauce, I used Western Smokehouse or use your favourite BBQ sauce

Lightly oil the inside of your crock pot, I use olive oil.  Pour the chicken broth into the crock pot and then place the pork loin into the crock pot.  Place the spices and Diana Sauce over the pork loin. Cook on high for approximately 4 hours or until the meat is fully cooked.  (I like to turn the pork loin over at the half way mark.)  Place the pork loin into a deep dish, slice and then pour the crock pot sauce over top.  As you can see below I served it with rice.  Very tasty. :D  The possibilities are endless!  As always, have fun and make it your own.
